You have taken a disorganized, non-functioning theatre and made it absolutely organized and completely functioning. I have personally and professionally seen your outstanding work many times. The fear that I used to have, trying to have a successful event in Shiley, was erased by your professional skills, talents and calm demeanor.

James and Robin brought a comic relief to the class but also showed knowledge in their field of study. James was always willing to answer questions and help make sure everyone understood the material.
